Hello Everyone, As many of you may know Pastor Keith Ruggles, formally of White Dove Fellowships Civic Outreach Center (a volunteer residential rehab program), is in the last stages of Hep-C and has been given a little less than a year to live.He needs a liver transplant to live longer. However, medicaid is saying he’s not sick enough to be on the list through them.So, we are going to raise the $300,000.00 he needs for a new liver.
A group of us are working with his wife, Carol Ruggles, to raise the funds needed. Carol has given the go ahead to do a tattoo party for Pastor Keith. Bob Ellis, has offered to do this tattoo party for Pastor Keith and will give him 100% of the proceeds.
His tattoo shop is New Addictions Tattoos located at 1804 Stafford St. in Gretna. This event will be held Saturday, Sept. 24 from 2pm until. He will be doing $100.00 full color tattoos for only $50.00. There are five designs to choose from: a heart, cross, dove, fish, or rose.
