It was just a matter of time that someone, somewhere would file a lawsuit against Apple over some function, lack of function in, not in, on, not on, etc. on the iPhone.
The lawsuit chronicled over at Gizmodo (http://gizmodo.com). So I am not going to go into details. Suffice to say, paleeeze.
A buddy of mine asked me why all the law suits against Apple and Apple products. Well, I could only liken the scenario to that of the Liberals (Democrats) and Conservatives (Bush administration). The Haters will continually try to find ways to discredit Apple (Bush) even if they have to really stretch or at worse conjure up bogus accusations and evidence. They know that Apple has a product that is better than ALL of the other products that are out there and they just cant stand it. I don’t know why. It must some sort of vitamin deficiency like rickets or something.
I like the iPhone. But I will wait until 2.0 comes out. I mean come on guys this thing is a 1.0 device. Never before done by ANY company. Give it a chance.
